Emerald Escape is a beautiful three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo located on the 3rd floor of the B2 Midrise building. It offers easy access with an elevator, so there are no stairs to worry about. As you enter the condo, you'll find a guest suite on the right. It features two twin beds, a smart TV, a dresser, and a private bathroom.
The second guest room features two queen beds, a smart tv, a dresser, and a private bathroom.
The kitchen has been recently remodeled and now includes quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The laundry closet is also located here. The island area includes seating for two and beyond it is the dining area with a table and chairs for six.
The living room can accommodate seating for six and offers gorgeous views of the Emerald Blue waters. A smart TV is available for your streaming needs, along with free high-speed internet/wifi.
Adjacent to the living room is the gulf front master suite, which boasts a brand new memory foam king bed and amazing views. The master bathroom includes a double vanity, private water closet, and a walk in shower. A smart TV is included in this suite as well.
The highlight of the entire condo is undoubtedly the wrap around beachfront balcony. Step outside and listen to the waves while enjoying the view. Three floor to ceiling sliding doors offer stunning panoramic views.
Whether you're a regular at Pinnacle Port or visiting for the first time, you'll surely fall in love with the private and secluded Carillon community. Our 24-hour secure and gated community is nestled between Camp Helen State Park and the Carillon Beach private beach-home community.
We are surrounded by the picturesque Lake Powell on the North side, making Pinnacle Port Resort one of the most peaceful and quiet ocean-front resorts in the Panhandle. We are just 2.5 miles away from scenic Highway 30a beach towns, The Hub, Seaside, and only a few miles away from the heart of PCB and Pier Park.
Pinnacle Port offers a lakeside gazebo, a free boat launch, and a small dock if you'd like to bring your own boat or jet skis. Fishing is also permitted with a temporary Florida fishing license. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available in the prime season from Burke's Beach Service. We provide secure keyless entry, so there's no need to pick up keys or worry about losing them. If you have a large party, we can accommodate you with our friends' fully updated condos at Pinnacle Port Resort.
Pinnacle Port amenities include a large indoor/outdoor heated pool, a second outdoor pool, a picnic pavilion with grills and picnic tables, four top-of-the-line tennis courts, pickle ball courts, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe courts, a bocce ball court, a children's playground, vending machines, men's and women's saunas, and beach lounger and umbrella rentals. The Cafe near the large pool offers food and drinks during peak season. You can also bring your boats or jet skis to use on the 600+ acre lake, with boat docks available. We are located next to Camp Helen State Park, known for Luke Bryan's music video "Old Beach Roller Coaster," and it's a great place to explore the history and enjoy activities like kayaking and paddleboard rentals.
**If you have concerns about Covid-19, it is strongly recommended to purchase travel insurance with the "Cancel for ANY reason" rider. This must be purchased within 14 days of booking and cannot be added later like regular trip insurance. If you purchase the CFAR and need to cancel, it must be done at least 2 days before arrival.
-We wash every blanket on every bed after each vacation rental. We take extra precautions to ensure everything is fresh and clean for your stay, including using a laundry sanitizer, hot water, antibacterial wash and dry cycles, and professional-grade detergent. Many short-term rentals only wash blankets once or twice a year, but we prioritize cleanliness. Due to the additional sanitization process, we do not provide extra blankets for quick turnaround, so if you get cold easily, it's recommended to bring your own blanket.
-The community is walking and biking friendly within the gated area.
The condo is limited to 8 guests, including children.

Failure to comply with any of the above rules will result in immediate eviction, loss of security deposit, and no refunds of any kind.

Welcome to the Emerald Coast! We are Darin and Sherry, owners of 4D Beach Properties LLC. After 31 years of marriage and raising four sons, vacations have become a cherished part of our lives. Although we grew up without beaches in different parts of Arkansas, our love for the "salt life" began on our honeymoon. We currently reside in Razorback country and spend our time dreaming of the beach when we're not cheering on the Hogs. We feel blessed to provide you with the opportunity to escape and experience the breathtaking sunsets that we hold dear.
